DocuWare Whats New 7.11
Highlights:
- Microsoft Power Automate connector, allowing DocuWare Cloud to integrate with applications through Power Automate.
- Task notifications through Microsoft Teams.
- oAuth2 Application Registration, for all Applications that integration into DocuWare via the DocuWare API
- Optional registration of applications in DocuWare configuration, that will become mandatory at a future date.
- Decision History added, allowing the history of tasks and the decisions taken for a document to be visible in the document viewer.
- In Workflow Web Service activities, the document can now be sent along with the HTTP request.
- In Workflow Web Service activities, two new endpoints to Append to a new file, and Replace a file, have been added.
- Licensed type visible for each user in the user overview.
- Workflow Web Service results can be directly stored to Index Table Columns.
- Italian Qualified Electronic Signature type CAdES is now supported when displaying documents.
- % Operator added to Form formula editor.
- Text Wrap for merge forms.
Technical Improvements:
- Switch to oAuth2 authentication, requiring update to desktop apps and updates to all third party applications
- Microsoft Officer 2021 is now supported
- DocuWare Workflow Server is no longer required for on premise systems.
